Root surface debridement at our clinic starts at £195 per quadrant. Most cases need 1–4 quadrants depending on severity. Your written plan will confirm after charting.
Gum tissue doesn't regenerate on its own. In selected cases, soft-tissue grafting can cover the exposed root. For most cases, the priority is to stop further recession and protect the exposed root from decay and sensitivity.
Gum contouring at our clinic starts at £395 depending on the number of teeth treated. Full upper-arch contouring for a smile makeover is priced individually and confirmed in the written plan.
Three main causes: excess gum tissue covering teeth that are actually the right size (most common), teeth that are shorter than they should be (often from wear), or skeletal factors where the upper jaw is positioned slightly forward. Each has a different solution.
