We offer a range of implant solutions to suit different needs and budgets.
Replace one missing tooth with a titanium implant and porcelain crown. The most common procedure.
Replace 3-4 adjacent missing teeth with just 2 implants supporting a bridge. More cost-effective than individual implants.
Replace a full arch of teeth with just 4-6 strategically placed implants. Often done in a single day.
In some suitable cases, an implant can be placed at the time of extraction with a provisional tooth attached. We will only recommend this where the clinical situation allows and will explain any additional risks.
Regulated, experienced and transparent. Every appointment is delivered by a named GDC-registered dentist at our CQC-registered South Kensington clinic.

Independent inspection, documented clinical governance and full indemnity — the same standards as any trusted London dental hospital.
Every dentist and hygienist holds a verifiable GDC number. You'll meet a named clinician who stays with you from first visit to final review.
No obligation assessment with a written plan and clear pricing before any treatment begins.

DDS, MSc Conservative Dentistry (UCL), Dip Oral Dental Science (UCL)
GDC: 197926
Originally from Iran, Dr. Kamran Yazdi was awarded a Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2002. He moved to the UK in 2006 and sat the IQE exam to re-qualify to local regulations. He also completed his postgraduate study in London — a Diploma in Oral Dental Science and an MSc in Conservative Dentistry at the Eastman Dental Hospital (UCL).
Kamran approaches all his treatments in the most conservative way, preserving as much of the natural tooth as possible. He believes that for the majority of problems there is more than one solution and that every patient is unique. As your dentist, his role is to be your trusted adviser — the final decision about treatment is always yours.

Dr Sam Parsno BDS (Sweden), DipImpDent RCS (Eng.), MSc ImpDent URJC (Spain), has trained in advanced implant dentistry alongside internationally recognised clinicians, including Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark.
With over 30 years of clinical experience, Dr Parsno has developed comprehensive expertise in implant and advanced restorative dentistry. His formal training began at the Brånemark Implant Centre in Gothenburg, where he completed his postgraduate foundation course in Implant Dentistry in 2000. He later achieved his Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons (FGDP) in London in 2011, followed by a Master's degree in Implant Dentistry from Rey Juan Carlos University in Madrid in 2016.
We use advanced imaging technology to plan your implant treatment, assessing your bone density, gum health, and surrounding structures. This ensures we can carry out implant surgery in a well-controlled and predictable way.
Implant surgery is usually carried out under local anaesthetic. While every patient's experience is different, most report that the procedure is more comfortable than expected.
After your implant has integrated with the surrounding bone, we take a dental impression and fit a custom-made porcelain crown that's colour-matched to blend with your natural teeth.
After your crown is fitted, we'll schedule you in for follow-up appointments to check everything is settling in well. Most patients can return to their normal routine shortly after the procedure.

Our clinic is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under our registered provider, Medical and Dental Limited, and every clinician is registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). We operate under documented clinical governance and full indemnity. Provider ID: 1-20629579981.
Everything you need to know about adult braces in London.
A single tooth implant (implant + custom porcelain crown) at our London clinic starts from £1,475. Multiple-implant cases and full-arch solutions are priced individually and confirmed in writing after a consultation.
From consultation to final crown is typically 3–6 months, depending on healing and whether bone grafting is needed. The surgical appointment itself is usually under an hour.
Placement is done under local anaesthetic — you'll feel pressure but no pain. Mild discomfort for 2–3 days afterwards is normal, managed with paracetamol and ibuprofen.
Well-placed, well-maintained implants routinely last 25+ years. The implant itself can last a lifetime; the porcelain crown on top may need replacement after 10–15 years.
GDC-registered dentists with decades of combined experience. Every patient has a named clinician from first consultation to final review.
