Yes — membership runs for a minimum of 12 months from your first payment, which keeps the plan affordable for everyone. After 12 months it rolls on monthly and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Full-arch implant solutions (All-on-4 / All-on-X), full-mouth reconstruction, sinus lifts and bone-graft surgery are priced separately — these involve specialist lab costs and surgical time that sit outside the plan. You'll still get a clear written quote before anything is booked.
Absolutely — partners, children, parents and siblings can all be added at £10/month each. There's no limit on family size, and every member gets the same 50% discount and priority booking.
Yes — members get 50% off our emergency dental appointment fee and priority same-day slots where available, 7 days a week.
We'll get in touch before anything else happens. If a payment is missed, your discount is paused until the account is up to date — no penalties, no admin fees.
