If a wisdom tooth is impacted, causing infection or damaging the neighbouring molar, removal is usually the right call. We carry out both simple and surgical wisdom tooth extractions in-clinic under local anaesthesia.
Complex cases are planned with a CBCT scan to map the nerve and plan the cleanest approach. Most patients are back to normal within 3–5 days.
